Manager – Powder Coating and Painting Plant

Production Management:

Plan and manage daily operations of the powder coating and painting plant.

Ensure optimal utilization of resources (manpower, equipment, and materials).

Coordinate with other departments (fabrication, assembly, quality) for smooth workflow.

Quality Assurance:

Monitor surface preparation, coating thickness, curing, and finish quality.

Implement and maintain quality control procedures in line with ISO or other standards.

Ensure defect-free output and timely corrective actions.

Process Improvement:

Continuously improve coating processes for efficiency, cost reduction, and quality.

Identify and implement automation or new technologies where applicable.

Optimize chemical usage, air handling, and curing systems.

Manpower & Team Management:

Supervise and train coating/painting personnel and line operators.

Ensure adherence to work schedules, discipline, and performance targets.

Foster a culture of safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

Maintenance and Equipment Management:

Ensure preventive and breakdown maintenance of coating and painting equipment.

Maintain records of plant equipment health and calibration.

Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE):

Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards.

Conduct regular safety audits, risk assessments, and trainings.

Inventory and Cost Control:

Monitor inventory of paints, powders, chemicals, and consumables.

Control waste and manage procurement in coordination with the purchase department.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
