As we expand our renewable energy and power portfolio, we are looking for a strategic, high-impact professional to join our CleanTech Business division.

Role Overview

As Manager - Policy & Advocacy, you will be entrusted with shaping business strategy, influencing policy direction, and driving high-priority initiatives in India’s energy transition. This role reports directly to the CEO, offering exceptional visibility, ownership, and the ability to steer transformative decisions at the highest level.

Key Responsibilities

·        Lead deep-dive market intelligence, policy mapping, and competitive benchmarking across the clean energy ecosystem.

·        Identify, evaluate, and champion new business opportunities in renewables, storage, hydrogen, and emerging technologies.

·        Drive business development including client engagement, strategic proposals, partner assessments, and ecosystem collaborations.

·        Build sophisticated financial models, lead feasibility studies, and support investment and board-level decision-making.

·        Develop high-quality insights, reports, and CEO-ready presentations.

·        Collaborate closely with engineering, finance, operations, policy, and regulatory teams to drive project execution.

·        Mentor junior team members and help build internal capability within the CleanTech Business vertical.
