Manager- PMT (Planning)

As a Manager- PMT (Planning) at Resonia Limited, your role will involve reporting directly to the Project Director/Head of the respective project. You will be responsible for both Capital and Expense projects of the Transmission Grid, which includes the construction of transmission lines, sub-stations, and the execution of Smart Grid solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Project initiation, planning, and implementation - Dependency management - Change management - Supply scheduling and coordination - Reporting - Identifying project risks at the execution stage and supporting the project Head in risk mitigation plans - Keeping track and control of material supply - Releasing manufacturing clearances - Keeping track of DI and MRC & MRHOV - Close tracking of all statutory approvals from proposal preparation to approval - Driving QHSE score and encouraging teams to adhere to best QHSE practices - Maintaining RoW Tracker and driving RoW team for timely RoW front creation for EPC progress - Tracking RoW DD preparation from HO to site and timely disbursement to landowner - Driving RoW Controller to maintain RoW master sheet and participating in RoW audits Qualifications Required: - Education: B.Tech / B.E - Experience: 9 to 14 years Location: - Gurugram (Haryana) with the flexibility to travel to the Project Site.
