Manager- PMT (Planning)

Role Overview: You will be responsible for managing the Planning function at Resonia Limited for the STATCOM project. Reporting directly to the Project Director/Head, you will oversee both Capital and Expense projects in the Transmission Grid domain, focusing on the construction of transmission lines, sub-stations, and implementation of Smart Grid solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Initiate projects, create project plans, and ensure successful implementation. - Manage dependencies, handle change requests, coordinate supply schedules, and provide regular reports. - Identify and address project risks during the execution phase, supporting risk mitigation plans with the project Head. - Monitor material supply, obtain manufacturing clearances, and manage DI and MRC & MRHOV. - Track and secure all statutory approvals, from proposal preparation to approval from relevant authorities. - Drive Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment (QHSE) scores, promoting adherence to best practices as per SPTLs FQP. - Maintain Right of Way (RoW) Tracker, work with RoW team to ensure timely RoW front creation for EPC progress as planned. - Monitor RoW DD preparation from Head Office to site, ensuring prompt disbursement to landowners. - Oversee RoW Controller to update RoW master sheet and participate in RoW audits.
