Leading and managing a team comprising the heads of departments of Safety, Quality, Production, Supply Chain, Packing, Labour Allocation, Labelling, Maintenance etc.
Roles & Responsibilities :
Leading a team of members for production and Maintenance of liquid filling line, ACM, FBD, Pakonna Machine, Label machine, capping machine, pumps etc.
Collaborate with the R&D team to incorporate new formulations and improve existing ones.
Increasing production, assets capacity and flexibility while cutting unnecessary costs and adhering to quality standards
Budgeting & Cost Control : Ensure optimum utilization of resources incl. men, machine, and material.
