We are looking for an experienced and dynamic HR professional to join our team as a:

Job Title: Manager – Plant HR

Location: Tarapur (Boisar), Distt. Palghar, Maharashtra

Industry: Textile Manufacturing

Experience: 5-8 years (Preferably in large-scale manufacturing setups)

Team Size: 3–5

Qualification: Graduate / MBA HR / MSW / MILS / MMS.

Certifications in ISO 9001:2015 & Social Audits are a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

Employee & Union Relations

Statutory Compliance & Internal Audits

Workforce Planning & Deployment

HR Operations, Payroll & Systems

Training & Development Initiatives

Employee Engagement & Communication

Safety, Health & Environment (SHE) coordination

Required Skills:

Strong knowledge of labour laws & compliance

Hands-on experience in union negotiations

Excellent leadership & interpersonal skills

Fluency in Marathi, Hindi, and English

Proficient in Excel, HR systems, and statutory returns

Preferred Background:

Experience with workforce of 3000+ and contract labor

Exposure to Social Compliance Audits – BSCI, SMETA, IKEA, CTPAT etc.

Familiarity with Social Policies – Human Rights, Anti-Corruption, etc.
