Manager – Project Planning & Controls (Civil)

What you’ll own

• End-to-end 

  project planning & scheduling

   (Primavera / MS Project)

• Milestone control, look-ahead planning & recovery planning

• Planned vs actual tracking with clear, actionable insights

• Close coordination with site, QS, procurement, and leadership teams

• Driving a culture of on-time delivery, not last-minute firefighting

What we’re looking for

• Civil Engineer with 

  7–12 years

   of construction planning experience
• Strong hands-on expertise in 

  Primavera P6 / MS Project

• Practical understanding of site execution realities

• Someone who takes ownership

  , challenges unrealistic timelines, and drives outcomes
