Manager Planning / Chief Manager - Planning - Substation

As a Manager / Chief Manager Planning at Resonia, your role will involve managing end-to-end planning for substations ranging from 220KV to 400KV in the Power Sector, Power Substation, or Oil and Gas industry. You will report directly to the Project Leader- PMO and be responsible for both Capital and Expense projects in the Transmission Grid, including the construction of transmission lines, sub-stations, and implementation of Smart Grid solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Project initiation, planning, forecasting, milestone structure, dependency management, critical path identification, and reporting. - Financial tracking and reporting of projects, ensuring accurate financial forecasts, variance analysis, cash flow sensitivity analysis, and identifying efficiency opportunities. - Identifying risks at pre-bid and execution stages, quantifying risks, developing mitigation plans, and maintaining risk registers at project and portfolio levels. - Acting as the primary liaison to the Projects Cluster Lead and team for project management activities and performance. - Developing and sharing Management Information System (MIS) reports and presentations for C-Level executives regarding project portfolio health and execution. - Providing analytics and decision-making support by extracting insights from projects. Qualifications Required: - B.Tech / B.E degree - 9 to 15 years of experience with strong exposure in end-to-end planning for substations ranging from 220KV to 400KV.
