Job Description

As a Global Digital ERP Master Data Solutions Accountable at Pfizer, your role will involve overseeing and managing various IT projects related to Master Data initiatives. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading and directing project teams in the design, implementation, and modification of IT projects across functional organizations - Preparing project execution plans and identifying technical and business resources required - Ensuring projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and meeting technical requirements - Managing financial aspects and project management of Digital efforts, including maintenance and updates of Pfizer systems - Implementing, maintaining, and measuring Digital support strategy for Master Data in collaboration with the BTAMS ERP Support team - Designing, developing, and implementing ERP Digital for SAP Master Data Solution - Providing periodic updates and ensuring alignment on strategies, priorities, status, risks, and mitigation - Partnering with business engagement and technical development teams to architect effective solutions - Developing estimates, securing funding, and providing financial forecasts and updates to stakeholders - Following Pfizer Digital standards including SDLC, Enterprise Platforms & Security, Digital Compliance, and Regulatory Risk management - Monitoring risks, identifying mitigation options, and ensuring project objectives are met Qualifications required for this role include: - BS or BA in Digital Technology, Engineering, or Supply Chain - 5+ years of experience in Supply Chain in the pharmaceutical industry - 5 years" experience in ERP initiatives in the Pharma industry - 3 years" experience in SAP Master Data focused on Manufacturing Master Data and SAP Workflows - Proven experience in leading and implementing large-scale Global Digital projects in the Pharma industry - Strong Project Management and financial management skills - Ability to work in a complex matrix organization and strong teamwork orientation - Consultative, influencing, analytical, strategic thinking/planning, and problem-solving skills - Ability to build effective relationships and influence leaders at all levels - Solid oral and written communication, presentation, and project management skills Preferred qualifications include certifications in supply chain or project management, management consulting experience, Agile Software Delivery, Scrum Master Certification, knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry, experience with S4 HANA and SAP MDG, and system GMP requirements.
