Job Description

As the Administration, Infrastructure, Procurement, and Setup Manager at Bright Future, your role involves overseeing various operational aspects to ensure smooth functioning and efficiency across the organization. Your dynamic and multitasking capabilities will be essential in coordinating teams and managing administrative, infrastructure, and procurement processes effectively. Additionally, your willingness to travel as needed demonstrates your commitment to supporting organizational requirements. Key Responsibilities: - Develop, implement, and maintain efficient administrative systems and procedures. - Supervise office operations to ensure seamless day-to-day functioning. - Monitor budgets for administrative activities and identify cost-saving opportunities. - Oversee maintenance, repair, and optimization of office facilities and infrastructure. - Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements at all locations. - Collaborate with external vendors for facility management services. - Plan and execute procurement strategies aligned with organizational goals. - Identify and negotiate with vendors for cost-effective supply chain solutions. - Maintain accurate records of procurement activities and contracts. - Lead the planning and execution of infrastructure setup for new offices or projects. - Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and vendors for timely execution. - Visit centers and offices as needed to oversee operations and support setup. - Ensure on-site support and adherence to organizational standards during execution. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. - 7+ years of proven experience in administration, procurement, or infrastructure management preferred. - Strong project management and organizational skills. - Excellent negotiation and vendor management abilities. - Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with procurement or project management tools. - Willingness to travel frequently to meet organizational requirements.
