Key Responsibilities:

1. Team Management: Lead a team of 18-20 patent analysts, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback.

2. Project Delivery: Ensure timely and quality delivery of patent search and analysis projects, meeting client expectations.

3. Client Interactions: Engage with clients, understand their needs, and provide solutions to build strong relationships.

4. Patent Analytics: Develop and implement patent search strategies, analyzing patent and non-patent literature for:

  - Patentability

  - Prior-art

  - Freedom to operate

  - Validity/invalidity

  - Infringement reports

  - Technology landscapes

5. Research Reports: Oversee the preparation of comprehensive research reports for clients.

6. Business Development: Identify opportunities for growth, contributing to business development initiatives.

7. Quality Assurance: Ensure high-quality deliverables, maintaining team productivity and efficiency.
