Role Overview: As a Manager in the Mobility practice at EY, you will have the opportunity to develop and sell new solutions, monitor sales opportunities, contribute to generating revenue, lead project work streams, and provide tax and regulatory support for global mobility. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and sell new solutions for the Mobility practice - Monitor and report sales opportunities, pipeline, and wins - Generate profitable revenue through identifying follow-on engagement opportunities and building lasting relationships with clients - Lead project work streams from planning through to implementation, managing resources and budgets effectively - Provide tax and regulatory support for global mobility Qualification Required: - A post graduate degree or equivalent with a specialization in Human Resources from a reputed institute - 6 - 9 years of experience in HR roles such as recruitment, organization structuring, manpower planning, compensation and benefits, learning and development, and performance management - Relevant professional experience, including work with a global management consultancy firm or niche consultancy, or in-house role with exposure to large-scale projects,
