Manager/Senior Manager – Partner Success


Key Responsibilities


  • Manage key partner accounts with a focus on long-term engagement
  • Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of partner commitments
  • Drive satisfaction, retention, and renewal strategies
  • Collaborate internally to align delivery with partner expectations
  • Track performance metrics and share regular updates
  • Resolve partner issues by coordinating across teams
  • Prepare tailored proposals and budget plans


Key Skills and Experience

  • Proven experience in client handling and account management.
  • Background in corporate sales and solution selling is mandatory.
  • Strong customer success and relationship-building capabilities
  • Excellent communication, proposal creation, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to track, analyze, and report performance metrics
  • Background in CSR, or consulting is preferred
