Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute the overall paid media strategy in alignment with broader marketing goals.
  • Manage end-to-end campaign execution across platforms: setup, optimization, monitoring, reporting, and performance analysis.
  • Own budget allocation and pacing across paid channels to maximize ROI and customer acquisition.
  • Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop compelling ad copy, creative assets, and landing pages.
  • Conduct A/B testing on creatives, copy, and targeting strategies to optimize performance.
  • Use data and analytics to provide insights, forecast performance, and identify growth opportunities.
  • Oversee and manage relationships with agencies, vendors, and platform representatives.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, new platform features, and best practices in paid media.
  • Report on KPIs and campaign performance to stakeholders, including senior leadership.
