Job Description

Coordinate the scheduling and deployment of the taxi fleet to meet corporate clients transportation needs.
Ensure vehicles are well-maintained, and any maintenance issues are promptly addressed.
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, understanding their specific transportation requirements.
Address client inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.
Implement strategies for optimizing taxi routes to reduce travel time and enhance operational efficiency.
Utilize GPS and other technologies to monitor and improve route planning.
Coordinate and build relationship with drivers to ensure they are adequately trained, motivated, and adhere to company policies and service standards.
Monitor driver performance and address any issues or concerns.
Oversee the billing and invoicing process for corporate clients, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month

Schedule:

Day shift
Fixed shift

Supplemental Pay:

Performance bonus
