Manager Operations

• Coordinate the scheduling and deployment of the taxi fleet to meet corporate clients transportation needs.
• Ensure vehicles are well-maintained, and any maintenance issues are promptly addressed.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, understanding their specific transportation requirements.
• Address client inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.
• Implement strategies for optimizing taxi routes to reduce travel time and enhance operational efficiency.
• Utilize GPS and other technologies to monitor and improve route planning.
• Coordinate and build relationship with drivers to ensure they are adequately trained, motivated, and adhere to company policies and service standards.
• Monitor driver performance and address any issues or concerns.
• Oversee the billing and invoicing process for corporate clients, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
