Manager- Operations

Role:

· Head of Operations, responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient functioning of the company’s day-to-day activities across departments.

· Oversee production, maintenance, inspection and packing.

Authority:

· Plan and execute production schedules, inspections, and packing processes.

· Allocate and deploy resources, including manpower, across processes.

· Ensure compliance with statutory and safety requirements.

· Monitor and manage production costs.

· Provide input to marketing for pricing strategies.

Responsibility:

· Ensure all departmental functions comply with the processes outlined in the Department Function Manual

· Guarantee that products meet approved process procedures, specifications, and quality standards.

· Oversee sterilization of final products.

· Plan and schedule consignments and dispatches as per orders.

· Maintain the safety and security of machinery, buildings, and products.

· Oversee the upkeep of the factory and premises.

· Provide assistance and motivation to staff at all process stages to achieve quality objectives.

Accountability:

· Meeting production, inspection, and packing targets while adhering to quality and safety standards.

· Compliance with statutory requirements and maintenance of organizational safety and security.

· Cost-efficient operations and accurate resource allocation.

· Timely dispatch of consignments in line with order requirements.

· Reporting operational performance and updates to the Factory Head.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
