Job Description

Work closely with the Directors to establish and implement operational ERP systems that ensure efficiency and compliance. Independently set up ERP systems and train teams for optimum efficiency. Maintain, oversee, and optimise financial records, CRM, donor records, HR, Admin systems and processes. Maintain up-to-date MIS reports Work closely with the Directors to ensure CDF adheres to all statutory requirements, nonprofit compliance regulations, and internal policies. Work with programmes, communications and accounts teams to maintain records, and advance CDF s mission. Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, vendors, and allied organisations. Ensure smooth execution of organisational events and activities through meticulous planning and coordination. The ideal candidate would possess: A Master s degree. Preferably MBA. 6-8 years of experience in operations, administration, or management roles. Social/development sector experience is a plus but not mandatory. Good command over English and Malayalam. Exceptional organisational communication skills natural flair for creating and maintaining systems, organising information with precision, and driving efficiency. Excellent proficiency in MS Office Suite and experience with ERP/MIS/CRM systems. Proficiency in administrative tools and software. Knowledge of project management tools like Whimsical / Monday / Meister / Trello. Quick adaptability at learning new software skills. High levels of resourcefulness a knack of knowing where and how to look for solutions to a problem, and coming up with creative ways of resolving them. Proactive, solutions-driven mindset.
