Manager - Operation Risk

Key Responsibilities: - Experience working in a risk-based audit coverage program led by a team of business and process audit specialists - Extensive internal or external audit and risk & controls work experience - Strong understanding of internal control concepts to evaluate and determine the adequacy of controls considering business, process, and technology risks - Evaluation of internal controls design and effectiveness, including controls testing - Utilization of strong analytical skills to assess the probability and impact of internal control weaknesses - Knowledge of relevant business experience in Asset & Wealth Management, including Equity, Fixed Income, Multi Asset solutions, Mutual Funds, ETFs, and Alternatives (Private Equity, Hedge Funds, Money Market Funds), or basic commercial and investment banking products and activities - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with good interpersonal skills to present complex issues to senior management and influence change Qualifications Required: - Experience in risk-based audit coverage program - Strong internal or external audit and risk & controls work experience - Solid understanding of internal control concepts - Knowledge of Asset & Wealth Management or basic commercial and investment banking products and activities - Strong analytical skills - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Good interpersonal skills Please note that the Equal Employment Opportunity information is included in the job description provided.,
