Role Overview: As a Cost Analytics Lead at Standard Chartered, you play a crucial role in spearheading the growth and strategic development of the Cost Analytics portfolio within the Finance Shared Services Centre (GFS). Key Responsibilities: - Oversee and provide ongoing management direction for all processes and activities related to Cost Analytics, ensuring the maintenance of high-quality service delivery standards. - Drive SCB cost and competitive analytics and benchmarking, with an extension into market intelligence and the development of forward-looking projections. - Collaborate with Global Process Managers to design and implement Standard Global Processes for Cost Management. - Lead the team in developing a strategic roadmap for Cost Center of Excellence (CoE), focusing on capabilities such as modeling, efficiency tracking, and business partnering. - Engage senior stakeholders and business CFOs to facilitate improvements within cost management processes. Qualifications Required: - Mature finance professional with relevant experience in the financial services industry. - Understanding of cost management, cost performance reporting, and business finance functions. - High degree of integrity, ability to work under pressure, and a strong analytical and strategic mindset.
