Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Manager of Operations at AHALIA HEALTHCARE LIMITED. The role is based in Kochi, with the flexibility for some remote work. The Manager of Operations will oversee daily operations, manage resources, improve process efficiency, and ensure adherence to organizational policies. Responsibilities include supervising staff, coordinating departmental activities, analyzing data to optimize operations, and collaborating with leadership to achieve strategic goals.

• Operational management skills including resource allocation, process optimization, and policy compliance
• Ability to supervise staff, delegate tasks, and coordinate department activities efficiently
• Strong analytical skills for performance tracking, data interpretation, and strategic planning
• Effective communication and leadership skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Proficiency with project management tools and familiarity with healthcare regulations
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field (Master’s degree is an advantage)
• Experience in healthcare operations or a hospital setting is preferred
