Job Description

Role Summary

Manager O9 Solutions. In this role, you will act as a subject matter expert (SME), providing strategic advisory and leadership throughout the systems development lifecycle. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, influence key decisions, and ensure that solutions align with organizational goals while delivering measurable value to clients.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in O9 Solutions.
Lead and mentor teams, ensuring delivery excellence and accountability.
Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to drive key decisions.
Provide enterprise-level solutions to complex business problems.
Facilitate knowledge sharing, best practices, and continuous improvement across teams.
Monitor and report project progress to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.

Must Have Qualifications

Minimum 12 years of experience in O9 Solutions.
Strong knowledge of systems development lifecycle (SDLC) processes.
Proven track record in project management methodologies.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to communicate complex concepts effectively across technical and business teams.

Nice to Have

Exposure to large-scale enterprise transformation programs.
Experience in advisory or consulting roles within global organizations.
Knowledge of emerging technologies in supply chain and planning solutions.
