Job Description

Qualifications:

Bachelor s degree in Architecture

Experience:

12+ years in site-based architectural supervision
Middle East experience preferred

Key Responsibilities:

Review architectural submissions such as material submittals, method statements, and shop drawings
Ensure compliance with international codes and local authority requirements
Respond to technical queries and site construction details
Review contractor performance weekly and attend technical workshop meetings as required
Knowledge of UAE regulations including municipality and civil defense
Coordination awareness between all disciplines
