Key Responsibilities

  • Planning, Buying, and Execution:

    You will be responsible for the planning, buying, and execution of

    non-biddable media plans

    for a set of businesses, ensuring alignment with client deliverables and campaign KPIs.
  • Briefing and Planning:

    You'll review briefs from the Agency business team, align on expectations, and create integrated activation plans according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Campaign Management:

    You will collaborate with the Nexus mPlan team for campaign execution and track live campaigns daily or weekly for spot implementation, performance, and mid-campaign evaluations.
  • Reporting and Analysis:

    You'll conduct post-evaluations for all campaigns, capturing key learnings.
  • Collaboration:

    You will work collaboratively with the Agency business team, Nexus Activation Specialists, Nexus mPlan, and other Nexus teams to ensure a holistic approach to campaign creation and execution.

Measures of Success

  • In three months, you will:

  • Understand the

    Nexus cross-functional teams

    , their roles, and responsibilities.
  • Be actively involved in campaigns from the initial brief through to implementation for your aligned businesses.
  • Contribute to your team and add value while delivering on client requirements.
  • Understand the

    category and brand objectives

    for the year.
  • In six months, you will:

  • Handle

    tactical and implementation planning

    independently with the team, ensuring delivery of key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Create

    integrated media plans

    across TV, Press, Radio, and Digital.
  • Master the art of optimization

    and workflow prioritization.
  • Successfully

    lead media discussions

    with the Agency.
  • In 12 months, you will:

  • Ensure

    Plan Quality Control (QC) process optimization

    throughout the year using a tracker.
  • Train and build multi-media / integrated plan champions

    within your team.
  • Achieve

    100% Nexus process compliance

    .
  • Contribute to Nexus tool creation/enhancement

    to boost planning efficiency.

Skills and Experience

  • Minimum 4+ years of media planning experience

    .
  • Strong understanding of media

    including TV, Print, Radio, and Digital non-biddableto deliver integrated media solutions.
  • Knowledge of industry software

    such as YUMI, IRS, TGI, and MAP, with an understanding of digital tools like ComScore.
  • A commitment to excellence

    , setting high standards for yourself and continuously improving to deliver results even with constraints.
