Manager - NFR Resilience

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work in a collaborative and dynamic environment as a part of the Non-financial Risk (NFR) Resilience team in Gurugram. Your main responsibilities will include managing the FPE global resilience framework, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, conducting testing, and ongoing monitoring. You will also provide support to FPE leadership in managing various resilience crisis scenarios. Key Responsibilities: - Manage FPE compliance with Resilience policy requirements - Interpret regional regulatory resilience needs - Define operational resilience procedures with ongoing monitoring mechanisms - Drive FPE-wide resilience initiatives - Support senior leadership reporting and manage escalation processes - Embed continuous improvement initiatives - Leverage data analytics to enhance decision-making Qualifications Required: - Up to 8 years of experience in Operational Risk, with 2-3 years of exposure to Resilience being an advantage - Proficiency in Power BI, advanced Excel, and process mapping tools is required - Strong analytical skills with a continuous improvement mindset to enhance the FPE resilience landscape and operational procedures - Ability to identify and implement process improvements to drive operational efficiency - Collaborative and adaptable approach to work in a dynamic and evolving environment Joining the Financial Management, People and Engagement (FPE) team will provide you with a unique opportunity to be part of a group that serves as a single interface for Macquarie's businesses across key areas of people, strategy, communications, and financial management.
