Job Description

Dep Network Strategy LRP
Reporting to Head LRP & Capacity
Location Ahmedabad

Scope -

Person would act as an owner for supply point selection process with the objective to ensure alignment of these decisions with overall strategy/Portfolio/PTC/Technology Group and Implementation of Global Manufacturing Footprint and long term capacity planning for OSD/Injectable.

Manufacturing Network Strategy LRP

Manufacturing Network Strategy shall be responsible for Global Manufacturing Network Strategy Long range planning & implement new changes in respective areas.

Pre-requisite:

Essential Qualification: BE/B.Tech/B.Pharma
Desired Qualification : MBA

Key Responsibilities:

Development and Implementation of Global Manufacturing Footprint and long term capacity planning for OSD/Injectable and other dosages forms
Act as an owner for supply point selection process with the objective to ensure alignment of these decisions with overall strategy/Portfolio/PTC/Technology Group
Work with commercial teams to identify future demand and market trends and translate those to manufacturing strategies that support business growth
Identification of product for site transfer to balance capacity across site; de-risk high value asset and tracking of site transfer projects to ensure capacity availability
Implement long range planning tool and dashboards
Plant finalization for upcoming Exhibits & to do rough cut capacity estimation looking at LRP volume
