Key Deliverables

Own and grow national restaurant chain partnerships with a focus on P&L and strategic alignment.
Use data-driven insights to enhance partner engagement and drive sustainable growth.
Coordinate operations including onboarding, POS, menu updates, and performance tracking.
Plan and execute marketing activations and joint business plans with partners.

Role Responsibilities

Develop and maintain long-term relationships with premium accounts to ensure mutual profitability.
Identify and execute new growth opportunities through app and out-of-app interventions.
Resolve partner issues through internal collaboration and stakeholder escalation.
Monitor competition to maintain partner positioning within the market ecosystem.
