Job Description

Key Deliverables:

Lead monthly financial close and reporting, ensuring compliance with US GAAP and Honeywell policies.
Identify and eliminate non-standard practices, enabling R2R standardization across global entities.
Deliver actionable insights using GA data warehouse and reporting tools.
Drive automation, process re-engineering, and transformation initiatives for improved compliance and efficiency.

Role Responsibilities:

Analyze and resolve close exceptions through root cause analysis.
Collaborate with Controllership and Ops to strengthen financial controls and reporting.
Define, monitor, and improve R2R KPIs aligned with performance metrics.
Ensure SOX compliance and participate in finance process improvement projects.
