Manager - Mergers & Acquisitions

Role Overview: As a Manager in Mergers & Acquisitions at Intuit Management Consultancy in India, your primary responsibility will involve handling mergers, acquisitions, and restructuring projects. You will be required to conduct research and prospecting to identify potential opportunities, evaluate financial aspects of targets, and recommend suitable acquisition and merger opportunities to senior management. Key Responsibilities: - Identify target mergers and acquisitions opportunities through various channels - Evaluate financial aspects of potential targets and recommend opportunities to senior management - Lead the initiation and implementation of action plans for due diligence - Communicate with cross-functional departments to support diligence and investigation of prospective opportunities - Conduct due-diligence reviews on target companies from historical and future tax perspectives - Review and determine valuation of new investment opportunities using appropriate methods - Formulate and implement strategies for mergers and acquisitions based on strategic goals - Develop restructuring options to maximize fund raising potential and optimize tax planning - Collaborate with private equity investors, financial institutions, and money markets for funding acquisition opportunities at competitive pricing Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Finance, Business Administration, or related discipline - Minimum of 5 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions, preferably in a managerial role - Strong financial evaluation skills and familiarity with valuation methods - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with various stakeholders - Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment - Proven track record of successful transaction execution and integration Additional Details: The company offers competitive benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.,
