Job Description

Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

1) Management of medical emergencies injuries
2) Handling of day to day OPD treatment for walk in patients in OHC 3) Complete coordination and execution of Statutory Health check-up 4) Deriving Health Index of all permanent employees of the plant as per H and W policy 5) Implementation of measures to improve health index of all the employees 6) Implementation of all statutory requirements of OHC and OHSAS audit preparation 7) Handling of all medical administration activities 8) To train OHC staff to upgrade their functional competencies 9) Medical budget related activities Leadership Competencies 1) Result Orientation with Execution Excellence 2) Customer Focus 3) Weaving Passion and Energy at work 4) Leveraging Human Capital Functional Competencies 1) Thorough clinical knowledge with strong inclination to upgrade the same 2) Good knowledge of Occupational health management 3) Expert in software skills like medical software management , 4) Excellent Communication Skills
