Manager Mechanical Maintenance

As the Head Mechanical at Anannya Metals & Alloys Pvt Ltd's Aluminium Wire Rods Manufacturing Plant in Bobbili, Vizianagaram District, Andhra Pradesh, you will be responsible for leading the mechanical engineering and maintenance operations. Your role is crucial in ensuring the smooth functioning of the rolling mill, mechanical systems, and operational equipment. Managing a team of engineers and technicians, you will uphold safety, quality, and production standards. Your key responsibilities will include overseeing rolling mill operations and maintenance, managing mechanical systems, optimizing equipment, leading and developing the team, ensuring safety, quality, and compliance standards, handling budgeting and cost management, driving continuous improvement and innovation in processes and technology. To qualify for this role, you should hold a BE/Polytechnic-Mechanical or Masters degree in Mechanical Engineering, with 10 to 15 years of experience in mechanical operations, including at least 5 years in a leadership position within the aluminium or metals manufacturing industry. Your technical expertise should cover rolling mill operations, mechanical systems, and maintenance practices. Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, project management, decision-making, and adaptability skills are essential for success in this role.
