We are looking for a Manager - Master Data Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, scheduling, and releasing production orders to ensure on-time shipment of customer orders. You will collaborate with various departments within the organization and focus on meeting current demands, addressing real-time challenges for smooth day-to-day operations. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain the master production schedule to meet customer demand and optimize resource utilization. - Oversee the Sales & Operations Execution process to align with production capabilities and customer requirements. - Analyze demand and supply at different levels to identify and resolve imbalances. - Collaborate with sales, marketing, and manufacturing teams to reduce lead times and improve production efficiency. - Conduct rough-cut capacity planning to ensure alignment with Sales & Operations Planning commitments. - Monitor inventory levels, adjust schedules for constraints, and communicate changes to stakeholders. - Identify and mitigate risks that may impact the production schedule. - Seek opportunities for process improvement within the scheduling function. - Participate in global update calls and travel to business units for process setups and trainings. Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications: - Relevant experience in master production scheduling. - Proficiency in ERP systems (Oracle/SAP preferred) and advanced scheduling software. Preferred Qualifications: - Bachelor's or master's degree in supply chain management, CPIM/CSCP certification preferred. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. - Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
