Manager- Marketing/Consumer Insights

Role Overview: You are being hired as a Manager for the Marketing and Consumer Insights team at a reputed company. Your primary responsibility will be to drive marketing strategies and deepen the understanding of consumer behaviors to fuel growth and innovation. You will play a crucial role in delivering on the analytics of the company's proprietary Brand Growth System (BGS). Key Responsibilities: - Own a complex workstream with support from supervisors - Support insight/marketing analytics/brand teams in problem-solving and hypothesis generation - Lead meaningful meetings and deliver business insights effectively - Provide day-to-day coaching to analysts and oversee their workstream - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate consumer insights into all aspects of the business - Ensure robust data collection, management, and analysis processes - Present research findings and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders - Manage and mentor a team of marketing and consumer insights professionals Qualifications: - Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred - Experience: 8-10 years in consumer insights, market research, or marketing analytics, with exposure to management consulting and data analytics - Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and presentation skills, proficiency in analytical tools like Alteryx, Tableau, Power BI, Excel, and PowerPoint - Personal Attributes: Strategic thinker, ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, strong leadership capabilities, passion for understanding consumer behavior and market trends,
