Job Description

Role Overview: As a GBS Manager in Marketing/Consumer Insights, your role is crucial in shaping marketing strategies and enhancing understanding of consumer behaviors to drive growth and innovation. You will be responsible for leveraging KHC's proprietary Brand Growth System (BGS) to analyze brand performance, identify growth opportunities, and ensure profitability. Key Responsibilities: - Lead a complex workstream with support from supervisors - Collaborate with insight/marketing analytics/brand teams for problem-solving and hypothesis generation - Break down brand acceleration plan requirements into actionable tasks - Conduct and deliver high-quality outputs to internal and external stakeholders promptly - Provide coaching to analysts and oversee their workstream - Develop proficiency in industry data sources, KPIs, and analytical tools like MS Office, Alteryx, Tableau, Power BI, etc. - Collaborate cross-functionally with product development, sales, and other teams to integrate consumer insights - Manage data collection, analysis, and implement tools to enhance accuracy - Present research findings and strategic recommendations to senior leadership - Mentor and manage a team of marketing and consumer insights professionals - Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development within the team Qualifications: Education: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred Experience: - 8-10 years in consumer insights, market research, or marketing analytics - Minimum 3 years of exposure to management consulting and data analytics - Proficient in key data sources, metrics, and analytical tools within the CP industry - Expertise in sub-sectors within Consumable Products (CP) domain - Strong communication skills for engaging with senior stakeholders - Experience in applying advanced analytics and synthesizing complex data Skills: - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Ability to translate data into actionable insights - Proficiency in Alteryx, Tableau, Power BI; knowledge of Python, R, SPSS is a plus - Strong project management skills and attention to detail Personal Attributes: - Strategic thinker with business acumen - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment - Strong leadership and team management capabilities - Passion for understanding consumer behavior and market trends Location: Ahmedabad - Venus Stratum GCC,
