As a GBS Manager in Marketing/Consumer Insights, your role is crucial in shaping marketing strategies and enhancing consumer understanding to drive growth and innovation. You will play a key role in utilizing KHC's proprietary Brand Growth System (BGS) to analyze consumer fundamentals, make strategic decisions, and identify growth opportunities. Key Responsibilities: - Manage a complex workstream with support from supervisors - Assist insight/marketing analytics/brand teams in problem-solving and hypothesis generation - Break down brand acceleration plan requirements into actionable tasks - Lead productive meetings and effectively communicate business insights - Deliver high-quality outputs to internal and external stakeholders promptly - Derive actionable insights from extensive quantitative and qualitative data - Coach analysts and oversee a workstream - Develop expertise in industry data sources, KPIs, and analytical tools - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate consumer insights into all business aspects - Ensure robust data collection, management, and analysis processes - Present research findings and strategic recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders - Manage and mentor a team of marketing and consumer insights professionals - Foster continuous learning and professional development within the team Qualifications: - Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred - Experience: 8-10 years in consumer insights, market research, or marketing analytics; exposure to management consulting and data analytics; experience in CP industry preferred - Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and presentation skills, proficiency in analytical tools, project management skills - Personal Attributes: Strategic thinker, ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, strong leadership and team management capabilities, passion for understanding consumer behavior and market trends Location: Ahmedabad - Venus Stratum GCC (Note: Additional details about the company were not included in the provided job description) As a GBS Manager in Marketing/Consumer Insights, your role is crucial in shaping marketing strategies and enhancing consumer understanding to drive growth and innovation.
