Manager Marketing

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Strategy Development:Create and execute comprehensive marketing plans aligned with the overall business objectives.
Identify target customer segments and develop strategies to appeal to their interests and preferences.

Brand Promotion:Develop and maintain a strong brand identity for the mall.
Implement branding initiatives to enhance the visibility and reputation of the mall.

Events and Promotions:Plan, organize, and execute events and promotional campaigns to drive foot traffic and boost sales for retailers within the mall.
Collaborate with tenants to coordinate joint marketing efforts and maximize impact.

Digital Marketing:Manage the mall's online presence, including social media platforms and the official website.
Develop engaging content and utilize digital channels to connect with the target audience.

Collaboration with Tenants:Work closely with retailers to understand their marketing needs and coordinate joint marketing efforts.
Facilitate collaborations and partnerships between the mall and its tenants.

Customer Engagement:Implement strategies to enhance the overall shopping experience for customers.
Collect and analyze customer feedback to continuously improve marketing initiatives.

Budget Management:Develop and manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring a strong return on investment.
Monitor expenses and provide regular reports on budget performance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹75,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
