Job Description

As a Manager Marketing Analytics/Growth Analyst, your role will involve driving data-backed decision-making by collecting, analyzing, and interpreting market trends, consumer behavior, and campaign performance. You will be responsible for monitoring key marketing metrics, generating insights, and providing actionable recommendations to improve ROI across channels. Collaboration with cross-functional teams including digital, branding, product, and sales will be essential to enhance targeting strategies and optimize campaign effectiveness. Additionally, you will support the development of dashboards, reports, and forecasting models to track performance and identify growth opportunities. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze user behavior, transaction patterns, app usage trends, and engagement metrics to uncover growth opportunities and improve user retention. - Track the performance of marketing campaigns (paid, organic, referral, influencer, content-driven) and optimize ROI, CAC, CLV, and conversion funnel metrics. - Develop actionable insights to support customer segmentation strategies (e.g., savers, investors, spenders, millennials, working professionals, etc.). - Work closely with product and UX teams to refine onboarding flows, improve feature adoption (budgets, savings goals, investments tracking), and reduce drop-offs. - Monitor competitor apps, fintech trends, financial product preferences, and consumer insights to guide feature positioning and differentiation strategies. - Create dashboards and performance reports using various analytics tools (Google Analytics, GA4, Clevertap, MoEngage, Mixpanel, Appsflyer, Data visualization, programming, etc.) to support decision-making for growth, content, and engagement teams. - Measure and improve the success of gamification, notifications, rewards, and personalized finance nudges based on data insights. - Managing and analyzing email campaigns is an added advantage. - Support forecasting models for user growth, retention, monetization strategies (premium plans, affiliate revenue, partnerships), and user lifetime value optimization. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Finance, or related fields. - MBA/PGDM (Marketing/Analytics/Finance) or masters in data/business Analytics is preferred. - Understanding of digital marketing metrics (CAC, CLV, engagement rate, retention, churn, ROI). - Knowledge of fintech/PFM trends, consumer finance behavior, and digital financial products in India (UPI usage, mutual fund investing, savings habits, credit usage, etc.). - Experience in campaign performance, tracking across social media, search, affiliate, and influencer channels is desirable. This job will be suitable for you if you have 6-7 years of work experience in market analytics and possess proficiency in data analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Appsflyer, CleverTap, GA4, MoEngage, etc. Hands-on experience with Excel/Google Sheets (advanced functions, dashboards, pivot tables), working knowledge of SQL or basic data querying, and familiarity with BI tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker will be advantageous. Your understanding of A/B testing, cohort analysis, funnel analysis, and attribution models, along with strong analytical thinking and communication skills, will contribute to your success in this role.,
