Manager,

In this role, you need to support client's partnerships & licensing team.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the client's partnerships team to understand the scope and needs of Specific focus areas which need the development of inorganic growth strategies

• Based on the prioritization & specific needs of the above focus areas and program pipeline, conduct in-depth research to understand client's status, market information, clinical needs, players, M&A activities, etc.

• Collaborate with various stakeholders to drive and create a strategy document, a business development funnel, value propositions, negotiation strategies, etc. Co-create presentations to support business cases of various opportunities from the funnel.

• Assist in development and tracking of programs within the funnel.

• Highly capable of producing well-defined and succinct reports for senior leadership, effectively summarizing research findings, insights, and trends.

• Skilled at presenting intricate information in a manner that is easily comprehensible to various stakeholders.

Minimum qualifications:

• Strong analytical and critical thinking mindset

• Graduation/Post Graduation

• Excellent communicate in English, in both written and oral forms

• Experience working with diverse stakeholders in a multi-vendor environment (Beneficial).

• Expert level excel and PowerPoint skillsets.

Preferred qualifications:

• Resource with experience in market research for medical devices with deep understanding of the industry with advanced research skills to provide valuable insights that aid decision making and strategic planning.

• Strong analytical skills to identify patterns, market trends, generate insights and to draw conclusions based on the compiled data.

• Proficiency in designing search strategies for comprehensive literature reviews, database searches, and online sources to gather relevant information.
