Manager - Manufacturing

We are seeking a Manager - Manufacturing with a strong background in Polymer Science / Rubber Technology to oversee all aspects of production. The candidate will be responsible for rubber Mixing, Molding, Rubber Testing, and overall production management. This is a key leadership role ensuring efficiency, quality, and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and manage daily production activities across Rubber Mixing, Molding, and Testing.
• Supervise production staff, allocate manpower, and monitor productivity.
• Ensure quality standards are met in line with ISO 9001 systems.
• Oversee Rubber Testing (Tensile, elongation, hardness, compression set, etc.) and coordinate with the QA team.
• Implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce wastage.
• Maintain production reports, monitor machine utilization, and coordinate maintenance.
• Ensure safety, discipline, and compliance on the shop floor.
• Work closely with QA, Purchase, and Management for smooth operations.

Qualifications & Experience:

• B.Tech / M.Tech in Polymer Science, Rubber Technology, or Mechanical/Production Engineering.
• 3–5 years of experience in rubber product manufacturing (seals, gaskets, tyres, hoses, or related).
• Hands-on knowledge of rubber compounding, mixing mills, kneaders, hydraulic presses, and rubber testing methods.
• Knowledge on ISO 9001, IATF 16949, AS9100, 5S.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
