Manager Maintenance-Machine Workshop (RWF-Bangalore)

• Breakdown/Preventive Maintenance: Planning and executing breakdown/preventive

schedules of various machinery and equipment to increase machine uptime and

equipment reliability.

• Installing & commissioning and conducting tests & inspections to ensure operational

effectiveness of plant, planning & executing maintenance schedules for machines

and equipment.

• Troubleshooting: Identifying areas of obstruction / breakdowns and taking steps to rectify the

equipment through application of troubleshooting tools.

• Troubleshooting and maintaining CNC Machines, PLC Machines, SPM Machines, Automated

Material Handling system consisting of CNC Gantries, conveyors & associated

equipments for reducing the downtime in machines by implementing protection circuits.

• Reviewing & analysing the root cause of all breakdowns using WHYWHY Analysis,

implementing machine improvements using Kaizen.

• Preparing and implementing permanent counter measure for eliminating breakdowns.

• Project Management: Administering the project activities involving working out various

requirements with respect to utilities, machines, manpower & monitoring overall project

operations for ensuring timely completion.

• Managing machinery, manpower, materials & money; dealing with consultants / vendors /

statutory bodies for compliance of requirements.

• Ensuring execution of critical functions in the plant and leading AMC planning & negotiations

• Spare Part Management: Forecasting and controlling the spare parts supply chain to operate at

a high level of output.

• Budget Planning: Coordinating the development of operations budget and managing the annual

budget and forecast process.

• Reporting to C.M.D.

Skills

• Good command over English and high I.Q.

• Excellent co-ordination skills.

Office: 6 days working. Timing 8.30 am to 6.30 pm
