Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Manager of Machine Maintenance located in Manesar Gurugram. The Manager will be responsible for overseeing maintenance operations, supervising maintenance teams, creating schedules for preventive maintenance, and ensuring efficient performance and upkeep of equipment. The role requires diagnosing and addressing machine issues, implementing maintenance processes, managing repairs, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in Supervisory Skills and team management to lead and support maintenance teams effectively
• Proficiency in Equipment Maintenance and Preventive Maintenance practices to ensure machine reliability and minimize downtime
• Strong understanding of Maintenance Management and Maintenance & Repair processes to optimize operational efficiency
• Analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve mechanical issues
• Ability to follow safety protocols and standards in maintenance operations
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
• Previous experience in a maintenance management role, preferably in the manufacturing or industrial sector
