Job Description

1. Design of Commercial Laundry Machine / Dish washers

2. Machine structural design , FEA, Tooling

3. Benchmarking , New Product Development and Launch Procedure

4. VA/VE , ECR ECN Activity

5. Project Management

6. Noise and Vibration Study

7. DFMEA, PFMEA, DOE

Required Skill Set

1. 10 years work experience in Design of Machine Elements

2. Experience in design of Sheet Metal Parts

3. Hands on experience in stress and strength calculation of Machine Elements

4. Experience in 3D Modeling ( solid works) and 2D drafting ( Autocad )

5. Knowledge in GD&T, Stackup Analysis

6. Exposure in Manufacturing Process - Fabrication industry, conventional & CNC machining

7. Exposure in Press Tools and Welding Fixtures - Design and Manufacturing

8. Experience in Machine Assebly and Testing

9. Knowledgable in New Product Development Procedures and Documentation, ECR & ECN activities

10. Knowledge in DFMEA, PFMEA and DOE

11. Knowledge in FEA , Simulation analysis

12. Experience in Noise , Vibration and Harness study and evaluation

13. Knowledge in Steel , Plastic and Rubber Material Grades and Standards

13. Knowledge in Reliability Evaluation and Review Techniques

15. Experience in Failure Analysis - Why-Why, 8D Analysis

16. Develop and maintain product strategy for commercial Laundry Machinery

17. Familiar in QMS and continous improvement activities

18. Responsible to provide proper support to the Product Care Teams to deliver Quality targets

as well as proper support to the Factories when necessary
