Required Experience :

B.E/B.Tech/MTech in Mechanical / Aeronautical Engineering.

3 to 5 Years Experience with BTech/MTech in Mechanical / Aerospace and Industrial Engineering
Hands on experience in Aerospace composites products planning and manufacturing
Experience in Composites material & equipments Autoclave/oven curing and Vacuum-assisted Resin Infusion
Hands on Experience in PFMEA for composite manufacturing process plan
Experience in Preparation of Engineering documentations like Process plan, Route card, control plan etc.
Knowledge / Experience in Engineering document Configuration management systems
Awareness and knowledge in AS9100 D revision, NADCAP and Audit preparations.
Hands on experience using CAD Software like CATIA and SOLIDWORKS for composite parts, tools, assembly.
Experience in Composite Tool design for layup process, machining Jigs and Fixtures
Experience for GD&T in manufacturing for parts and assembly process.
Experience in CNC machining, Manual machining process
CAM in CATIA is added advantages
Good in technical communications
Good in working as CFT to manage projects with completion dates
