Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end LMS administration, configuration, and user support.
Coordinate with faculty and IT teams for course uploads, content management, and system updates.
Ensure smooth platform performance and timely troubleshooting of technical issues.
Conduct training sessions for faculty, staff, and students on LMS functionalities.
Monitor usage analytics and prepare regular performance and activity reports.
Collaborate with stakeholders to implement new features and integrations that enhance the digital learning experience.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelors or Master’s degree
8-12 years of hands-on experience managing LMS platforms
Strong technical knowledge, problem-solving abilities, and communication skills.
Experience in higher education or e-learning environments preferred.
