Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end LMS administration, configuration, and user support.
  • Coordinate with faculty and IT teams for course uploads, content management, and system updates.
  • Ensure smooth platform performance and timely troubleshooting of technical issues.
  • Conduct training sessions for faculty, staff, and students on LMS functionalities.
  • Monitor usage analytics and prepare regular performance and activity reports.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to implement new features and integrations that enhance the digital learning experience.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelors or Master’s degree
  • 8-12 years of hands-on experience managing LMS platforms
  • Strong technical knowledge, problem-solving abilities, and communication skills.
  • Experience in higher education or e-learning environments preferred.
