MANAGER - LEGAL

You will be responsible for handling the legal requirements of international business, Project Sales and Services Vertical of the company, and providing commercially relevant, practical, and proactive legal services. Your key responsibilities will include: - Drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and closing agreements, warranty documents, and ensuring that associated risks for the Company are minimized. - Handling tender-related documents, preparing risk notes for discussion with management, and participating in the negotiation of key business contracts. - End to end legal management of assigned business transactions. - Preparation of Agreement MIS on regular intervals, tracking renewals, and ensuring proper execution and storage of original agreements. - Working closely with the compliance team to ensure 100% compliance for new businesses and streamlining legal processes as per APL standards. - Researching various country's laws applicable to the business in that region and finding appropriate judgments for better interpretation of contractual understanding. - Providing training to internal teams on standard operating procedures for business agreements. - Providing sound legal advice to different business verticals on various legal matters and acting as a Legal SPOC with all external consultants, lawyers, and internal stakeholders. - Advising international business units on agreement review, IPR, and recovery of outstanding debts, and coordinating with foreign law firms on legal compliance requirements. Qualifications required for this role: - LLB/LLM full time from a recognized university. - 8+ years of relevant work experience in Contract Management.,
