Manager - Land Acquisition

As a Manager - Land Acquisition at Sterlite Power Transmission Limited, your primary responsibility will be to work across the country to identify and secure suitable land parcels for the construction of substations at competitive rates through lease, rental, or purchase. Your key accountabilities will include scouting and finalizing land options based on bid requirements, presenting budget proposals to the bidding team, and liaising with brokers and owners to evaluate and propose feasible development options. You will drive the entire land acquisition process for substations, including due diligence, negotiation with sellers, and obtaining necessary approvals. The role demands frequent travel to remote locations and requires competencies such as achievement orientation, information seeking, initiative, innovative thinking, financial acumen, operational expertise, people management skills, and strategic thinking.
