Key Responsibilities: Due Diligence: Conduct legal due diligence for real estate transactions to ensure compliance with Indian laws and regulations. Review and analyze title documents, land records, and other relevant legal documents. Identify legal risks associated with property transactions and advise clients accordingly. Property Reports: Prepare comprehensive property reports that include legal status, title verification, and encumbrance checks. Draft and review reports for accuracy and completeness before submission to clients or stakeholders. RERA Compliance: Advise clients on the compliance requirements under the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act. Represent clients in proceedings before the RERA authorities. Contract Drafting and Negotiation: Draft, review, and negotiate real estate contracts, including sale deeds, lease agreements, and construction contracts. Registered with the Bar Council of India. Minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate law. Profound knowledge of the RERA and other related laws.
