Design, implement and oversee day-to-day activities of the laboratory

• Analyze the errors and delays in reporting; perform root cause analysis and take corrective as well as preventive action.
• Ensures standards and safety regulations for the handling and disposal of test samples are followed.
• Authorize the reports with accuracy and enhance effective communication.
• Review, monitor and track the employee performance.
• Coordinate on-site training for new and existing staff members. Training the lab staffs with correct use of equipment and mentor and discipline lab staff when necessary.
• Maintains a good interdepartmental relationship.
• Maintaining professional decorum at all times.
• Maintaining interdepartmental, inter-unit coordination and communication.
• Possessing knowledge regarding the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)s of the department.

· Reports to work on time as per shift timings

Ensure supplies are available as required for lab operations by managing stocks and inventories.

• Monitor, analyze and justifies expense and revenue within departments.
• Collaborate with other team members to solve problems and run programs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
