Manager - L2 Post Sales

Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Overseas Admission Manager to join our team at upGrad Abroad. In this role, you will manage the admission process for Indian students seeking study abroad opportunities.

You will work closely with universities and educational institutions across various countries to facilitate admissions, provide counseling to students, and ensure compliance with visa requirements.

This senior-level position requires a minimum of 4 to 8 years of experience. Job Responsibilities:

• Team Management: Lead a team of 8-10 coaches/country counselors, ensuring that monthly/ yearly targets are achieved.
• Visa Compliance: Ensure compliance with visa requirements and assist students with their visa applications.
• Application Review: Coordinate with the admissions team to review and evaluate student applications.
• Relationship Building: Establish and maintain relationships with universities and educational institutions across various countries.
• Policy and Market Awareness: Stay updated on changes in education policies, immigration regulations, and market trends.
• Student Support: Address any issues or concerns raised by students and provide prompt resolutions.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records and documentation related to admissions and student interactions. Qualification and Skills:
• Proven experience in international recruitment and student counseling
• In-depth knowledge of study abroad destinations
• Familiarity with visa requirements and procedures
• Excellent communication, interpersonal skills & hustler (must).
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records

• 6 Days working
• Minimum 3+ years experience in Study Abroad Domain and 5+ overall experience
• Minimum 40 Visa per counselor in a year and 320-400 visa at manager level with a team of 8-10 country Counselors
