Manager - Knowledge Management

As a Manager Service Delivery at McDonald's Corporation in Hyderabad, you will play a crucial role in leading the development of the Employee Experience Platform (EEP) Portal content. Your primary responsibility will be to create and maintain useful content on the HR Portal and Knowledge base, ensuring that employees worldwide have access to clear and relevant information to enhance their overall employee experience. In this position, you will act as a thought leader in defining the HR portal content strategy as part of the global EEP design. You will establish governance processes for managing content submissions and changes, collaborate with global markets to understand their content needs, and optimize articles for SEO and accessibility. Additionally, you will work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment in messaging, branding, and style across all content. To excel in this role, you should have proven experience in developing content for internal and/or external HR knowledge databases, with a focus on user experience and adoption. A background in Knowledge Management, Communications, or process improvement would be beneficial. An understanding of employee and manager HR-related needs, as well as experience in ServiceNow or Quick Base, is highly desirable. The ideal candidate for this position is someone with strong editing and content creation skills, capable of distilling complex concepts into easily understandable content. You should have experience in managing global HR knowledge articles and campaigns, preferably within a Servicenow HR Service Delivery portal. Experience with content management tools and creating user guidance documents (e.g., playbooks, wikis) for various user types will be advantageous.
