Job Description

As a Regional IT Service Manager at your organization, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the effective and efficient delivery of IT services across multiple regions. Your responsibilities will include: - Collaborating with regional leads to implement best practices and ensure alignment with global initiatives. - Providing guidance, coaching, and support to the regional IT community in all global/regional implementation projects. - Serving as a backup assistant for any region requiring support, following a "follow-the-sun" approach. - Overseeing the delivery of IT services to meet the needs of global users and stakeholders. - Collaborating with Infosys SIAM team and managing relationships with internal and external service providers. - Developing and implementing a Global IT service strategy aligned with the organization's business objectives. - Leading service improvement initiatives and implementing best practices such as ITIL to drive service excellence. - Managing incident and problem management processes to minimize the impact of IT incidents on business operations. - Monitoring vendor performance and implementing risk mitigation strategies to safeguard IT assets and data. - Providing leadership, direction, and support to global IT service teams. Qualifications we are looking for in a candidate: - Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science. - Minimum 5 to 10 years of experience in ITIL best practices (ITIL 3/4 foundation certification preferred). - Experience with IT Service Management tools, with ServiceNow experience considered a plus. - Deep knowledge of ITSM, incident management, and problem management. - Strong leadership skills and ability to lead (major) incident responses effectively. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
